The best jam band is whichever ones I don't ever have to listen to. So, I guess that means pretty much all of them?

my senior year in college i lived in a house where 3/7 of the kids were dead heads...all they would ever listen to was grateful dead and pretty much bad mouthed every other form of music that existed....

I used to hate phish and OAR from living in the towers my freshman year at pitt...so by the end of college i hated all jam bands.

I went to see built to spill back in 2005 and they were jamming for most of their set and i hated it...wilco did something similar at one of their free three rivers arts festival shows...i hated that set too.

I caught them opening up for Camper Van Beethoven in the California desert two years ago.
They played "Perfect From Now On" start to finish. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Edit: Well Cream definitely is a jam band. RHCP, too.
