I think having the current weather on the lockscreen makes sense. Or a stock ticker. RSS feeds. It's not like they're personal information. I think the lockscreen is a waste of space if all it has is a clock.

It's a privacy issue, for sure. I use all of it, but then again I'm not important so it makes no difference to me if people see who I follow on Twitter or who e-mails me.
The Facebook part of it is nice, considering how badly the Facebook app sucks. Also lets you text from the lockscreen or notification center instead of ulocking, going to Messages, etc every time you get a text. Another privacy issue, though.
