I hear that the Donut Shop coffee is awesome. Ive never had it.

In my office, we have the Van Hautte and the Gloria Jeans brands. I prefer the Gloria Jeans.

Also, they sell K-cups that you can use to put your own coffee in. So if you buy Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc. you can make it in your Keurig.

Me and the fiancee got a Keuring coffee maker at our bridal shower about a month ago, and I love it. My favorites are definitely the French Vanilla, Cafe Mocha, Hazelnut, and the English Breakfast Tea.

thats exactly how we got one. the only k cups im not liking are the english dark lemon teas. that and all the decaf. we dont do decaf at my house.

My wife finally registered ours last week, and the free cups arrived yesterday. They threw in some samples, including a southern style sweet tea. Intriguing. Some of the coffee varieties sounded interesting, but I don't drink coffee. So at least she is in coffee heaven for a few weeks.

It was the buy 2, get 2, but my wife ordered a couple of $2.97 5-packs, and some sample packs were thrown in, one had the southern sweet black tea, a pair of iced coffees, and the last was a raspberry tea, i think. Don't know whether the samples were from the extras, or the original 2+2.

Best place to get K-Cups? Is it Amazon? Seems like $30 for 48-50 is pretty standard?

I love Black Tiger, Kenya Kilimandjaro, anything Extra Bold really.

I think a fantastic website is Big Cat Coffee's. You can save your selections in a queue and it's really convenient. I go in on it with a friend and I end up saving ton of money. Definitely check out the site!

I drink Black Tiger at work. Prices there are pretty similar. 13.75 for 24. so 27.50 for 48.

I got one for my wife for Mothers' Day. We love it. Partial to the Wolfgang Puck varieties, me the French Vanilla and her the Hawaiian Hazlenut. As far as plain coffees I prefer the Green Mountain Sumatra.

The Keurig site itself is not unreasonable, will have to try Big Cat.

Koerig K-cup coffee sucks, period. But its really really fast at making its suckiness. Its fast at making more plastic waste for landfills too.

They make a re-usable adapter that you can put coffee that does not come in a k-cup in to brew it. If that's what you're asking. It works pretty well, I can see myself using it more often if I get tired of the k-cup variety.

I like Tanzania Peaberry which is not available in a k-cup at this time, so I put it in the adapter thing to brew it.

Any other suggestions for the other two? I was going to do the variety pack through Van Houtte.

My wife really like Hazelnut, but I think the Hazelnuts are going to brew too weak for her through the Keurig.

Thinking of getting a Keurig. I assume the coffee is hot? One problem with our current coffee machine is that it has to brew then sit on the hotplate for a few minutes to be truly hot. A little creamer or milk added, and it's lukewarm and have to microwave it.

Also, believe Starbucks will be making k-cups now.

If you are SERIOUS about GOOD coffee DO NOT get a Keurig.

If you want fast & easy okay coffee go for it (and expect it to break down in a year or two).

None of the Keurig choices can hold a candle to freshly ground & roasted beans.

I love elitists of any kind.... they make me laugh.

There's a lot more to take into consideration when it comes to your coffee selection other than quality. Convenience, time it takes to make a cup, cost, ease of use, taste, aroma, etc. It's almost like the people that laugh when i tell them i spent $250 on my laptop... sorry that i bought something that fits my needs and does just fine for me, you bought a $1000+ laptop and it's processing speed and RAM are off the charts? good for you! i don't need that though.
