where are the best places to get the machine? Sams club seems to have the best deal. $160 for the high end maker with 30 cups.

There's a lot more to take into consideration when it comes to your coffee selection other than quality. Convenience, time it takes to make a cup, cost, ease of use, taste, aroma, etc. It's almost like the people that laugh when i tell them i spent $250 on my laptop... sorry that i bought something that fits my needs and does just fine for me, you bought a $1000+ laptop and it's processing speed and RAM are off the charts? good for you! i don't need that though.

If you want fast & easy okay coffee go for it (and expect it to break down in a year or two).

None of the Keurig choices can hold a candle to freshly ground & roasted beans.

You do realize that you can make coffee in a Keurig with freshly ground and roasted beans if you like, right?

The newer machines come with the insert to use your own coffee. (Comes in handy for guests, when my wife isn't pressed for time. Folgers, Chock Full O Nuts, etc.

Yes... but you pretty much have to run a water cup in between each tea cup to keep from clogging the unit up. And/or you have to de-scale more frequently.
