Hey guys, I have a friend looking to fill one more spot in a dynasty baseball league. Live draft is Sunday 3/23 out in the Bellevue/West View area. $100 buy-in. It's similar to this league but a smaller farm team. PM me if you're interested.

Was anyone even looking at La Stella? I thought I might be able to let him go to the end, but given that it seems like there is a decent chance that La Stella ends up being the Braves 2B and Uggla is my 2B...pop.

He's a little on the old side for a prospect, having just turned 25, but he has been raking through the minors.

Ha, that's funny. I just added him to my list today and had to triple check that you did not own him.

I never valued him before because heading into last year, I thought uggla was still good for .340/30/80.

Uggla is a god of BBs by the way...his .309 obp last year is horrible, but considering he batted .179, its actually pretty amazing.

Yeah, that's why I targeted Dominic Smith over Renfroe and Peterson.

Idoit40fans wrote:I think I'd load up on offense and closers then at the end of the draft, just get 2 or 3 starting pitchers that get a lot of Ks even though they aren't good. Try to lock up saves almost every week, compete in Ks every week and be ahead in most offensive categories most weeks.

I used this strategy for the draft, W,L, CG categories made a SP heavy team make no sense (you guys were right). Went offense heavy early (goldschmidt, gomez, kipnis), but when the 4th round came to, only posey, marte and some minimal 1B guys were available so i grabbed david price cause i knew i could wait a round on kimbrel.

I ended up with Kimbrel, Holland, Grilli, Frieri & Rodney. The rest of my offense is Pence, D. Brown, E. Cabrera, Lucroy, Adams, Napoli & A. Ramirez.

Medlen left the game today by throwing a pitch and half running off the field. The inning wasn't over. It may just be a strained forarm, but it looked exactly like what happened a few years ago when he ended up having to get TJS.

I heard mlb dot com writers confirmed forearm strain but still concerning.

Also oscar Tavares hurt again. Fuuuu.

Don't really want Seager (or a third third basemen) that much, but he seems too good and young to be left hanging.

I want to know what this means

The Cardinals anticipate the 6-foot-1, 195-pound Diaz will start the year at the high minor league level.

High A? AAA? what is the high minor league level?
