Why are people so about snow? On two different talk radio stations today I heard people talking about how hot it is. Both times the hosts hits back with "At least its not snow!!!!!" On on just now the person talking replied "I'd almost rather have snow right now" and the 3 other people with mics all jumped in "Ohhhh no no no." "No way!" "Dont start that snow talk already!!"

I understand the travel problems heavy snow causes, but just the mere mention of it, in June sends people into hysterics

I don't like that SS is in June, when there are 2+ months of 'summer vacation' remaining before school starts back up. Seems to me like either SS should be on the exact middle of summer vacation, or that summer vacation needs to be shifted so that the longest day of the year is the last day of summer vacation. After that, shorter days are ok.
