Te'o is going to be a huge bust if someone is stupid enough to take him in the first. 40 time aside, I just don't see it. If he didn't play for ND, he wouldn't even be in the discussion for a 1st round pick. He's not that good. He doesn't pass the eyeball test on the field, he played atrocious in the NC game, and now he runs an awful 40.
