I was riding my bike back to "Da Crib" from work and I cut through a parking lot and I was feeling it anyway and I saw two honnies in a car leaving the parking lot.... So I went in front of them and began to hop speed bumps while wheelie'd ( I wasn't impedeing their travel because they had to slow down for the bumps anyway and I was going fast)

As I was stopped at the intersection with them I of course signaled for them to roll down the window so I could "holla" .... They did but the light turned green :(

I have a very flawed view of people online. I assume everyone is my age or older, I'm wrong. How old are you?

You asked me this before in a thread I made about who the better tv writers are between the Simpsons, south park, and family guy :P and you only have to click on my name to find out I am 20.... Born Jan 17, 1992

The bike wheelies make no sense to me :(

What do you mean? It's much more flashy to jump and land on my rear wheel and go for about 15 feet and hop again and then put the front wheel down ..... I also jump retaining walls all the time and I've got people to clap before :)

That's sort of like an exotic bird dancing and showing its colorful tail to the desired female in hope of impressing her into giving it up. People do that too. See Godric for demonstration.

Lol :thumb:

Just to clarify: the goal with **** around on the bike was just to get the girls to roll down the window .... I wasnt expecting them to throw their underwear at me because I could do stuff on a bike

Well, you were hoping for a date, I think. Then comes the first kiss and marriage and a baby carriage.

Honestly, I don't know what that word means anymore. To me, a date is dinner, movie, and a goodnight kiss. But when I hear people talk about 'dating' these days, they mean everything on the table. Like, put it in your pants and take your time to get to know someone. Same with ' hooking up '. I hate that expression.

Is "using someone" an acceptable term?

Off to the department christmas party or dinner (depending on how you label it). I can't wait for the numerous "So you didn't bring anybody?" questions, because they are always so fun to answer.

Come up with fun answers. It makes for better interactions with people. Say she was too expensive for the whole night or something equally outrageous.

So i've been eyeing a girl at work for a while, but I think she might be a lesbian. I had my most extensive conversation with her after work yesterday and she invited me to go see her band play....we have some mutual connections, so i'm not going to take anything from that. But is there a subtle way to learn if a girl doesn't like men?

Rent a double feature of Tank Girl and GI Jane...if she starts to get a little hot under the collar, then you know. Also, a good sign is if a suggested date is going to toss around the baseball/softball and take batting practice.

Just out of curiosity, what makes you think she is a lesbian?

In my experience, there no real subtle way to tell if a woman is into both men/women or just women. I guess its true (as shaf pointed out) that I am more likely to offer up a sports type date than going to the movies or something like that. Don't stick to stereotypes though. Most people don't know I am bi by the way that I act, I usually have to say something in conversation (like saying I'm interested in a girl, or the complaining about women in general) or I just tell them straight that I'm also interested in women.

Can I post the easy solution of de-friending your exes? Especially if you don't want to see that stuff.

I have zero exes as friends on FB. LinkedIn is fun when an ex searches for you on there b/c it tells you when you came up in a search. If you click on that, it tells you about 1/2 of the people who have clicked on your name from a search, and occasionally I get one to click on my name there.

Ask them why they brought the person they complain about all day at work. Be sure to use specifics... "Why did you bring the guy who makes you do everything and you said you'd divorce in a heartbeat if he leaves one more pair of boxes on the ground for you to pick up and throw in the wash?" or "Hey, is that your wife or the girl you said you met the other day that you were telling me you'd 'tap that' if it weren't for the kids?"

I said I didn't want the questions, not to be disliked by the rest of the married people in my department :P . Our department as a whole is relatively small, about 20 people between two offices. Even out of the 20 people, the number of people married is relatively small. That doesn't mean they're not single, they're just not married.

As far as the questions, very few. Was brought up twice, both by people who don't work in our office. Whatever. It's over with.

When I was in your situation in the past, I just brought a friend that I knew would be fun to have around. If people ask if it's your girlfriend, you avoid all questions when you just say "no, she's just a good friend of mine." Of course, hopefully she's cool and doesn't creep people out, because that is what avoids the question. If she's hitting on other people there or being weird, you have a lot to answer to.
