That's not real clear... I think the message is more that she thought she wouldn't miss me / that she'd solve her problems by getting rid of me, but that her life now isn't as good as it was when we were together.

At least that's my take.

Completely butting in (forgive me - :) ) to say that's my take, too. Plus, it means she still has problems that only she can address but likely hasn't. Good for you to stay far away.

either don't answer or send the youtube of the cee lo green f-you song.

Hate when they somehow think it's okay to pull stupid stunts like that. Like if you were somehow going to get back together, the magical mp3 email will be the reason why.

Appreciate the input all... ( and no Lt., you weren't "butting in", this a public board after all ;) )

...it was only about two seconds after Shelby Lynne started singing that I realized the best response was no response.

How about you write, 'hey, what's up babe?' See what she wants. Then turn her down, kindly. Show her you're OK and not interested.

Did you miss the part that she had me arrested? :) :) :)

Back then my attorney had some sound advice for me

Spoiler:
Avoid her if at all possible

Shame too, over a seven year period we had a lot of fun, jet ski's, Harley Rides, vacations to Greece, Italy, Ireland, Mexico (x5) and more... But she was horribly broken, vengeful, spiteful, vindictive.

Funny story, i knew she was divorced, i knew it was bad, her husband left her for the married woman who lived across the street. OK, stuff happens, although from a purely physical standpoint I believed he had "traded down". Then after we had been living together for about six months, she shared with me that after her ex moved out, she had put a sign up in her front yard calling her husband all kind of names etc... I excused it because 1) it was history and 2) it must have been horrible to have been dumped that way, especially with two boys under 10.

Well, turns out, she fought those demons the whole seven years we were together... She was impossible to deal with, always suspicious, always jealous of anytime I spent with my friends etc... I could never have travelled the way I do now, any business trips I did have she'd call my room at midnight and again first thing in the AM. I truly believed it was to see if a female answered the phone.

Just nuts. Nope, pretending I didn't even get the email is the best response.

Hope y'all enjoyed the story, it gives me willies just typing it.

this thing that bothers kenny the kangaroo about these kinds of mea culpas is that we are just supposed to pretend that all of the disasters that happened to end the relationship never happened. its nonsense.

My friend just made a mix for his girlfriend.

1. This is not '95
2. You already live with her.
3. is this a cd or just a playlist? Do people use physical media these days?

Now what did I say a few pages back. If you don't ask a girl out, another guy will. Then you end up sitting alone, wondering what the OTHER guy is doing to her, and kicking yourself in the ass.

I'm starting to get the feeling and putting 2-2 together and think my ex (the one I planned to propose too) has moved cross county. We havent seen each other in about 2 years, but have kept in light contact since, as the breakup was kind of circumstantial. But man, what a weird feeling. Early last year and 2011, three different times she's invited me to meet up, when she knew I'd be in the Burgh for work and even once too her familys cookout (which would be way too weird after a breakup) but I fought it off and figured it was best not too as I wasnt over her at all. Now Im starting to wonder. I guess if theres anything that would force me to finally fully move on, its her moviing away with some dude. But I've certainly felt crappy about it all day.
