I think this brings up another dilemma...how many people get up in the middle of the night to eat? I think this might be an issue of how deep you sleep, I can never fathom the energy to get out of bed in the middle of the night to get something to eat.

i dont get up, i just bring one to bed every once in a blue moon.

Every now and then, I wake up in the middle of the night. If it's obvious, I am not falling asleep immediately, I'll go and do something until I get tired again. Can't imagine eating though, that leads to more bad sleep/nightmares

Yeah seriously? You've never had night terrors, Fever Dreams, or just a trippy weird dream?

Take 100mg of b6... 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D, and a multi mineral and tell me if you don't have the trippiest most vivid dream in your life

I had a nightmare (if you want to call it that) last night that I was subbing for Andy Roddick at the next tennis Grand Slam, but I had to play the opening match with nothing but a pair of long shears.

I can think of three people off the top of my head that would get up in the middle of the night and need something to eat. They all have issues sleeping, so I'm curious as to how common that is....i'm an all star sleeper, no matter how much sugar or caffeine i consume at whatever point in the day/night, i sleep comfortably.

As long as they were playing to the backhand, no one would have noticed a dropoff.

Right side, it's next to the door, on the left is a wall.

There are times that I wake up from one in the middle of the night, and force myself to stay awake for at least 30-60 minutes to "end" the cycle of going right back into the same nightmare 2 or 3 times.

Let me me preface this by saying, I'm not a health care professional, mr lawyer... :pop:

I know somebody that gets rid of their nightmares at night by taking 200mg of L-theanine and 300mg of Alpha-Lipoic Acid before bed time

I am in the same boat as you shad. But generally if I wake up I can avoid falling back into the same nightmare.

Additionally I've been wearing a sleep apnea mask for 2 months or so now. one night a week I sleep amazing. The rest of the week I wake up to a wind storm in my eyes cause the mask falls off.
