Hmm...this can't be surface winds. It shows 88 knots for southeast PA and Maryland, which isn't really possible (this comes to over 100 mph). The max sustained winds don't come close to that, and there's no way the gusts are approaching that inland that far.
These may be winds at 5000ft
Edit: just checked, 900 hpa is 3000 ft
