Nah we ride it out. It would be the end of the world if the water got to my first floor, my house is raised up and pretty much in the middle of the Island. But my friends/family live on the water front. When Ivan moved up here in 2004, water was about up to everyones top front steps over there. We had to go on a mission to retrieve the boat dock that we sunk 2 grand into to build just a few months earlier, towed them down the street, tied up to the building across the street floated and had a blast. lol even had people comming by on paddle boats docking and havin some beers. This was in the middle of the street

With likely power outages in 99.9% of PA according to the top chart, be prepared for some long ones, as much as a week or so. Even with assistance from power companies as far away as Ohio when Isaac hit New Orleans in August, I was out of power for 6+ days.
