Both grills are from Char Griller.
One is the Outlaw #2137
49L x 29W x 50H

The other is the Smokin Pro #1224
62L (including smoker box) x 29W x 50H

The idea is to arrange them 90-degrees to each other with the smoker box for the 1224 at the mid-point angle between them. And this is the space where they'll go:

(I'm thinking having the 2137 perpendicular to the house wall with a prep area under the window up to the grill, and the 1224 parallel to the house at the edge of the pergola between the first and second posts.)
Knowing the ventilation requirements for a charcoal grill, does anyone have any idea how one might go about building a stone grill station for these two things?
