When I bought tix for the broadway show in May of 2011, the earliest show that was available was February 2012. So worth the wait.

Got ballin' tickets for it when it comes to Pittsburgh. Something like 3rd row orchestra, right in the middle. Pretty psyched.

Did anyone have any luck getting tickets for the shows at Benedum Center today? It took a while but I finally ended up getting 4 together for the March 30th show.

I got tickets this morning for the Pittsburgh show. It was tough to get through on the website. After refreshing it a bunch of times, I finally got to order tickets and was stoked to get orchestra seats and hit the order button before re-checking the details. It turns out it re-set to the default of opening night, i.e. not when I wanted to go. I then went back through and got 2nd tier tickets for the Saturday show I wanted. On the plus side, orchestra seats for opening night are already going for twice what I paid on Stubhub, meaning I can probably sell them for a profit and have that cover the tickets for the show I actually wanted.

Just be prepared...... "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" and "Team America World Police" were child's play compared to the vulgarity and offensive potential of BOM. Which, honestly, is a big part of what makes it so frickin' amazing. I saw it at a matinee crowd full of blue hairs and pearls, fearing we were in for a ton of walkouts. Never happened. Everyone stayed, laughed and rejoiced in the sheer silliness of the production.

Hasa Diga Eebowai... f**k frogs... Spooky Mormon Hell Dream.... cripes, even the name of the main bad guy warlord is funny. (Even more so since I found out the character - including his name - was inspired by a real Liberian warlord)
