(it must be hell to love someone so much that you support them as they persue a sport where they place their life in jeopardy every weekend. Only to go your separate ways years later. All that stress for what?)

The Anna Kournikova of racing.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Taint worth it... Sorry. The old adage is true, for every beautiful woman, there's a man that's tired of taking her charcoal.

Maybe it's my age, maybe it's just the way I was raised, but I've been single 3x more of my life (since I turned 21) than I've been married. Had my share of arm candy. I'd rather have 40 years with an average woman who was right for me than 1 year each with 40 'super models' who weren't.

Just say'n

But back to the point, I'm not a People or US magazine kind of guy, but for some reason I'd love to know the background on this breakup. The last time I was so interested in a celebrity divorce was when Sandra Bullock divorced Jesse James.

That's the argument some make that people aren't monogamous animals by nature. I honestly don't know anymore. I know I'm more into a cool relationship where the girl is my buddy and partner. But so many guys just think with their carrots.

This. Find someone that you can be happy hanging out with for 40 years. I was very fortunate that I married someone that I would honestly be a close friend with if the romantic attraction wasn't there.

Would not want. She was on the Adam Carolla show last week and couldn't have been more dull. On top of that she didn't know very much about the car she drives and further cars in general. She didn't sound like someone that was completely dedicated to her "sport" she was more of a promotion for sponsors than she was a genuine person. Huge turn off.

Must...... resist.............. temptation...... strong...... to............... post............ stats........................................... proove............. suckage.........................

Spoiler:
Screw it.

She's worse than Kournikova. At least the Russian won a dozen or so WTA tournaments (no Slams, of course). In her entire career racing cars - going back to when she was 13 or 14 years old - Danica Patrick has one (1) career win. And it just so happened to have come under somewhat curious circumstances on the eve of the final Champ Car race in 2008. That's one win from something like 230 starts.

I had the (dis)pleasure of meeting her in 2003 when she was still a nobody, shortly after her first Maxim shoot. She was a troll. And a fairly man-ish one, at that.
