Oakland, Tennessee, Cleveland, Kansas City and San Diego...what do all 4 teams have in common?

They all suck and but look great against the Steelers.

Skins are 6-6 and the Giants are 7-5. I just heard Stillers play down to teams that suck and Steelers should be 10-2 so many times. If Baltimore is lucky and the worst 9-3 team ever, the steelers aren't too much better without all the shoulda coulda wouldas
