Instead of dedicating to "losing weight" or a specific number, I'm just resolving to eating better. Less junk food. More clean food.

I need to loose 25 lbs as well.

Big resolution for me is to stay in better touch with my family and friends. None of them live around me so I need to call more often.

That's my big one. Other ones include:

*Different position at work. Not that I don't like what I'm doing or the group I work with (couldn't be happier with either one), but it's not what I want to do forever. Already watched one guy get trained to be promoted to the next level, but being that he had more time on me it's something I'd expect.
*Drop more weight. Was down 44 lbs last year, knee injury put me on the shelf since October so I've put 10-15 back on. Still being 30-35 down isn't bad, but it's also knowing where I could have been that bothers me.
*More races. Last year I did my first half marathon, did my two races in two states on the same day, now I'm looking for a way to top that. Pretty much it will be about times. 70 mi bike race on the weekend of my b-day is also on my radar.

Ive already started to rage. They showed up a week or so early this year at my place.

Its like that South Park when they're swimming and Cartman sees all the 1st graders comming. Then they all get in and immediately start peeing and ruin everyone elses time.

I think theres a few things I need to work on going forward.

First off would be decrease my internet time severly. I'm back and forth with this site mostly, and facebook/twitter all day while Im at work. Then I read this board while I'm at the gym on a machine or resting between sets. Then I'll come home and plop down on the couch watching tv, and like a reflex grab my phone and start browsing twitter, etc. Maybe I'll try to read more to take its place. And I should be able now to afford to start doing some serious saving. If I try I should be able to to double or triple my current savings account by this time next year.

And as always a weightloss resolution. I workout almost daily and eat pretty well during the week, then each weekend take 2 steps back with the drinking and not so healthy dinners. I should be in much better shape than I am with how much time I spend at the gym.

Like the read more for pleasure idea.

I head into 2013 32 lbs lighter than I was entering 2012. I'd like to lose another 10 lbs and continue getting in better physical shape.

I'd also like to take life a little bit slower overall.

Gonna try to eat better.. I dont really need to lose weight per say but I consume a ton of pop/coffee/iced tea which is all sugar and i eat a ton of not so healthy, fried foods. My girlfriend eats really healthy most of the time so it makes me feel self conscious lol
