1. Everything is shown uncensored. It's on cable, the FCC can't regulate it, so I won't either
2. Every show/Movie will be played without commercials.
3. After every show/movie the equivalent of 10 mins of commercials per every normal half hour of show will be played. A countdown clock will be shown in the bottom right of the screen letting people know how much more time of commercials there are and what is coming next.
This means a show that is ~22 mins will be followed by 10 mins of commercials. A movie that is 2 hours long will be followed by 40 mins of commercials.
Other than that I don't know exactly what my programming would be.
Good luck getting advertisers to buy into that.

If I'm not mistaken, that's sort of how TV used to air. All the commercials were front- or back-loaded so that all the ads ran in one block either at the beginning of the show or at the end. It also wasn't uncommon to see shows sponsored by a company that would have the stars of the show shilling the product for five minutes before the episode began.

Every time I watch kids shows with my fiancees niece and nephew I feel like the ads run this way too.. But they are usually ads for other shows, not actual products
