ESPN anchors are too busy coming up with catch phrases to care about accuracy.

I'd have to agree with him on Wacha. Dude threw two pitches the whole game, about 85% of them fastballs. So he obviously knew his stuff was good enough to beat us and wasn't scared to use basically one pitch.

You're throwing away an out down two runs to give you a minimally better chance of scoring 1 run. Pass.

a hit and run with a dude throwing gas 95+ is a bad idea. particularly when your team has already had a grand total of one hit to that point. not going to blame tabata for swinging and missing at a carlos martinez heater.

I would blame the person who put Tabata (who tends to swing and miss a lot) in a position where he has to try to make contact against a guy who throws as hard as Martinez.

In his last start he gave up an infield hit in 8 2/3 innings. He's one of the top prospects in baseball. He's really, really good.

So THAT's what "shoving" is about. That crazy Tony Montana. I'm late to the party as usual.

My gut feeling before our possible final MLB game vs. the experienced, professional, machine-like, red-wearing, legendary team at St. Louis is remarkably similar to the one I felt before the Pens' final SCF game vs. the experienced, professional, machine-like, red-wearing, legendary team at Joe Louis.

I'm going with it.

Another~ "see ya in the schoolyard for all the marbles" game!!! About G Cole, reading an article with quotes from assistant GM G Smith of the pirates; Cole wasn't the guy with the best stats in college.
Asst GM liked Cole Train's 6th gear.. ala Justin Verlander . Greg Smith, scouted both.

Shenanigans. The Pirates were not in the original R.B.I. Baseball NES game.

The Detroit lineup is just so good and Doyle Alexander has an amazing breaking ball.

I guess I also use the Mets, just because of Dykstra.
