Reports are some people had to be evacuated and many lost cell service.

This article links to another article where a scientist mentions something about a major meteor passing earth on February 15th. Looks like part of it hit Russia.

I think it broke up and there are a bunch of small impact areas in remote areas. They said they found a piece in a lake. I dont' think you are going to see some giant crater or anything like that.

The sonic blast is what did most of the damage.
