Metal Mike or any of our friends in Canada

Postby CERV96 on Fri Feb 15, 2013 9:27 am

I wan't.

They will only ship to and in Canada. Would obviously pay for it and pay to have it shipped to the states.

I saw a few on ebay and they are going for 3x the cost.

Wireless goal light that uses the wifi in your house. You also download the app to select your team. When they score, the light goes off with a goal horn sound effect.

it's a goal light that is sync'd to your favorite team. when they score the red light goes off. I assume it uses some kind of wireless tech to sync up. will if even work in the USA?

you never know. if TSN can block USA IP addresses from watching their game feeds I would think that Bud Canada could block this as well.

Good deal then. Still would like to know someone from Canada to snag me one so I wouldn't have to pay 3x as much.

http://www.amazon.com/Goal-Light-2012-N ... +red+light

i got one of these and have to say its pretty nice. it has some advantages over the budweiser red light. for one, it has the actual goal horn sound the pens use - or any other team in the league you would want. also, it has a line out on it to hook up to an external speaker or receiver so you can make the horn as loud as you would want. i'm happy with the purchase. not as cool as being hooked up and going off automatically, but you also could suffer from tv lag or it going off early if watching via gamecenter. i use a harmony remote so i'm just going to program it right into what i normally have beside me watching the game.
