Summer Olympics in Pittsburgh?

No way this ever happens, as Pittsburgh doesn't have the hotel rooms, nor athletic facilities to do this, but it would be awesome.

Would be incredible. But I don't think Pittsburgh has the actual smarts to pull it off.

Don't most or all of the cities that host the summer games have to build a stadium to host some of the outdoor events?

Yeah, I don't know if Heinz field would be big enough. Could be though.

I wholeheartedly endorse Jeff Goldblum. Actually, I could get behind Michael Keaton as well.

They should light a steak and egg from Primanti's on fire, instead.

That is what I thought. The problem is, what do you do with that stadium once the games are over? You spend millions of dollars for it to sit there other than for 3 weeks.

The grease in the sandwich could definitely withstand the flame for the entire event.

make it some sort of modular arena that dem stillers can use. 90k+ probably isnt feasible for stillers but if they made some sort of removable section (similar to heinz now with the open end) that could be used (or maybe that thing someone posted a week or 2 ago about the big screens and lounge things in the stadium).

truthfully if this were to happen, i do not think the transportation infrastructure of pittsburgh could support it
