Urban Meyer also did the onside kick thing when he was at Utah in the Fiesta Bowl vs Pitt. I think that they were up 35-7 at the time.

There were 3 seconds left in the half. Much ado about nothing.

throwing the coaches challenge up 56-7 is far worse than the onside kick up only 5 scores that late in the half.

*and answer me this: I think that play was short of the line to gain - but the spot out of replay did not appear to jive with the actual play, and they never bothered to measure. It seemed like they were incapable of making an accurate spot of the ball. (Should have been ~ halfway between the 20 and the 21, not all the way at the 21). Maybe this is a difference of the college and NFL rules, since it seems to me the NFL would move the spot if it should be moved, and then measure - such that to be successful, the challenging side has to win both parts. That they took an errant spot and created another errant spot in the process, are they really that bumbling? (College still has it where the Referee can't see the video like the NFL referee can, but simply is the booth official that decides?)

I don't know when I have seen a more tightly officiated game than the PSU/Illinois game today. They called guys for breathing on somebody.

I hate tO$U, and marching bands for that matter, but they've had a handful of really cool shows over the past two seasons.

:thumb: Pretty awesome. They might practice more than the football team to be able to perform like that.

They called one holding on each team...which is standard for incompetent Big Ten crews. But this one decided to fill out the bingo card with tripping, unsportsmanlikes, chop blocks, even a sideline interference! Just about all of them were good calls but a couple of PSU defensive linemen could have cases for simple assault because of the amount of manhandling that was done to them.

I feel badly for whichever fan base gets saddled with Logan Thomas in the draft next year.

So I read that three times before I saw that it said "as of 20 hours ago".
I'd love to see the new updated list.

Can we get an analysis, as to how this relates to the future PAC 10/Big 12 shakeup?

As far as I'm concerned, this is the best news I've had all day.

If it's official it means that Oliver Luck is staying put at WVU.

Purdue has not taken a snap in the red zone since September. I no longer get mad watching the games and have started laughing.

The Nittany Lion defense will end that streak right quick in a couple weeks.
