I'm honestly not saying this to be a troll or anything but I'd be really happy if the Steelers had Foles to back up Ben.

Ben is going to go down hill quickly, his style of play isn't conducive to late career performance.

How is Ben going down hill when last year before he was hurt he was statistically having his best season?

I think he said going to go downhill and he's right. He gets beaten up year after year, even now with a competent line he's still going to take more shots than other qbs because he likes to hold on to the ball too long. It just doesn't point to a career that's going to last longer than a few more years.

I love Ben as a QB and he still has it. He could very well, WILL the team to the AFC championship this year but all I'm saying is he might only have it for a couple more seasons... I'm saying the drop is inevitable and when it comes its going to be steep.

Foles is terrible. I'd rather hope that Landry Jones may not stink than have to put my hope in Foles.

I've seen acceptance speeches where the athlete thanked their wives, their high school coach, their teammates and talked about what an honor it is to be part of such a fantastic group as the NFL H.o.F.

Cris Carter essentially acted like the hall was lucky to have him (slight overstatement for effect).
I always though Cris Carter was a talented ball player but never saw him as ultra arrogant and narrsacistic.

I guess it's all about maturity.

it's no coincidence that Carter took this long to get in. If this were another player who didn't have the attitude that Carter did, he would have been in 5-6 years go.

I don't think I would despise Flacco if people would just call a spade a spade and say he is an above average QB with a strong arm. He is Jay Cutler if the refs didn't throw flags all the time.

Last year I was so giddy we had the undisputed best tight end in the league and another extremely versatile top 5 one. This year I'm mostly just crying myself to sleep every night thinking of Tebow throwing wobbly ducks straight into the ground.

After one of the drives last night, I said out loud at my television, "did he actually get worse...?" I'm a quarterback guy, that's one of the few things about the NFL I like to think I have a decent grasp of and I can't recall seeing a worse QB in terms of the actual throwing of the football than Tebow.

WR Jon Baldwin, Pitt alum and now former KC Chief, traded to the San Fransisco 49ers for WR A.J. Jenkins.

a bust for a bust.

Hopefully change in scenery will wake Baldwin up and give the 49ers a decent option at WR until Crabtree and Manningham get back.
