One day in Luxembourg - what to see?

Postby Tomas on Sat May 25, 2013 1:24 am

Has anyone ever been to Luxembourg? I think I should be able to spare one day from my conference program (in June) to walk around. Any recommendations welcome!

Thanks!

(the conference itself will be in Neumünster Abbey, and we should have a gala dinner in Cercle Cite)

I would just take a stroll around the Old Town (Oberstadt), which is quite beautiful, and along the casemates.

Not much to see except a few cows and a couple of filling stations. But the city itself is well worth a trip.
