Slim pickings. I really need those top two to stay healthy, stills and Patterson are likely to do nothing. Stills might be ok.

Also, I got Julius Thomas, 3 tight ends ohhf

He was a keeper for me. I kept him for a last round pick as opposed to luck as a 7th round. I think he's a good flex play, it comes down to him and Gordon as my flex play as it stands

He's a starting RB in the NFL with basically no competition.

No competition = fifth round pick on RB this year and second round pick last year? They obviously aren't confident he's going to run away with the show

I don't think anyone said reach for him, but when you're down to reaching on Murray or DMC I'd rather go Richardson in that spot.

Team 1: PPR 12 team league (had 11th pick)

QB: Brady, Freeman
RB: Richardson, MJD, Lawfirm, Ivory, Knile Davis (toward the end of the draft pick... we'll see)
WR: Vincent Jackson, Jordy Nelson, Cecil Shorts, Malcom Flloyd, Kenbrell Thompkins
TE: Witten, Thomas
Defense: Rams
Kicker: Prater

Team 2: PPeverything (0.5 points for a completion and rush attempt, 1 point for reception) 14 team league, 13th pick
QB: Matt Ryan
RB: Foster, MJD, Bell, Ingram, Woodhead (likely will drop someone in here for a QB or WR later on, or possible trade bait if they blow up)
WR: Colston, Wallace, Thompkins
TE: Witten, Thomas
K: Gano
Def: Pittsburgh

As you can see, I really like having similar players on my teams so I have less to look at on Sundays, but I'm not really overly enthused about either of these teams. We'll see how they play out.

Looking over the draft sheet, this is a 14 team league with a couple of keepers (maybe 10 guys of substance were kept). This league is insane about qb's.

1st round - Rodgers Brees
2nd - Manning, Brady, Ryan
3rd - Kaepernick, Wilson, Romo

Stafford, RGIII & Newton were kept. I had to reach for Vick in the 5th, but I needed to make sure I got 2 of the 3 (Vick, Cutler, E. Manning).

Just out of curiosity, if you could pick 2 receivers from this group...which would you have taken? I went Nelson & Garcon.

Nelson, Garcon, Bowe, Wallace, A. Brown, Decker, D. Jackson

Okay I dropped Pettigrew and I picked up Julius Thomas from the Broncos as my starting TE. Smart move yes or no?

That looks pretty good for a 14 team league. Wallace is a big wildcard for me, but that's a balanced team.

I'd have gone Bowe and Garcon. Might have gone Decker over Nelson too.

is anyone playing on yahoo? I like the little report card thing after the draft. Gives you an idea as far as on paper how teams are going to do. Obviously injury plays a key role in these things, but it's still pretty neat.

I have my final draft tonight on ESPN. Anyone who has used ESPN for drafting thus far recall any players that were much lower than they should have been on ESPN's projections?

For the second year in a row, I had the best rated Draft in my league. Not good

Starting RB. He was good last year. Stacy has sucked (he's #4 on the depth chart). I think he's a potential bargain because there are so many people like you out there.

I took him as a flex/#3 yesterday in the 6th. Thats the earliest i'd be willing ot take him, I already had 2 wr, 2 rb, and a TE.

I feel pretty good about having him as my flex, in a 0.5 ppr league, i think he can definitely be counted on for atleast 10-15 points a week.

But, I'd feel much better if Arians Foster got hurt and I could play Ben Tate as my flex.

Non PPR standard scoring system who would you use as your TE Pettigrew from the Lions or Thomas from the Broncos?

That's 50/50. Thomas has the better QB, but no history to go off on. Pettigrew is in a contract year and the Lions offense looks to be pretty good this year.

If you own both, I'd play the match ups. If it's one or the other, hopefully it's for your TE 2 position.
