Woodley looked good also.
The ridiculous rotation at olb needs to end.

Ben was pedestrian at best. I know he was under fire, but he made some awful throws yesterday. Picking good out of the game though yesterday is silly. It was a big pile of suck.

yep. his overthrown balls to sanders on multiple occasions were worthy of ridicule. most notable that fake wr screen that sanders ran the up route on where he was wide open was terribad.

I really, really dislike Sanders (though agreed on that fake WR screen, that was a poor throw).

The interception Ben threw was a complete duck. I thought maybe his arm was hit when I first saw it, but no one was near him on the replay. The Titans of course got their only TD of the day after that pick, although the defense did have a lot to do with that.

Here is a great point regarding the running game

@JoeStarkey1: 49ers averaged 2.6 yards per rush attempt; Broncos 2.8. Geez, how did they score so much without "establishing the run"?

They have better quarterbacks and recievers...and runners who are a threat that open up the already superior passing game.

I've seen some of these straw man attacks against the concept of a run game being needed to win. I think what we all want its not having to watch Redman be a #1 RB which hurts our running game.

Who on the roster is more of a threat than Davis? Heath isn't coming back for a few weeks. Brown and Sanders, while good, aren't exactly top tier receivers that both Denver and San Fran have.

You shut down the Steelers receivers, they have no running game to fall back on.

If this a shot at the Roethlisberger apologists, I applaud it.

I don't think that Kaepernick is "better" than Ben (or at least hasn't been in the league long enough to say that).

Davis is a good TE, but doing TE to WR comparisons is difficult because of the added responsibilities TEs have. I'd say from a purely receiving standpoint, Brown is a bigger threat than Davis.

You have admitted to irrationally "hating" Roethlisberger, so your viewpoint is invalid on this topic.

He's been a starter for less than a full season. Maybe calm down.

At the very least, he threw, scrambled, and ran better than Ben on Sunday.

Yea, he was awesome in that game. I'd like SF more if Jim Harbaugh wasn't so awful.
