Did NBC turn the SNF theme into a Verizon commercial this year, or was this something that was always there that I didn't notice?

We gave up 40 points to the Bears tonight.

Apparently Willie Colon was the glue that was keeping the house of cards from collapsing.

I went to bed at halftime. I see we got within a TD before the offense crapped the bed with more turnovers. Glad I got the extra sleep.

LaMarr Woodley countered with a looking-glass special of his own: “We have a chance to go 13-3. That is realistic. We have 13 more games.”

The sad thing is that was probably our best game of the season. But the four turnovers will make an game a blowout.

This game in London is a yearly gift from the NFL to England. A battle between two 0-3 teams.

Fingers crossed for a loss. Have had money on the Penguins getting their first win before the Steelers since week one. Time to cash in.

It's weird that a summary article of HCMT's press conference isn't on the front page of pg.com. It almost always is there on a Tuesday.

That was my suggestion on twitter, the "Loser Leaves Town" match, where the losing team has to play the remainder of their 2013 home games in London.

Traveling for the game. At least they are making a little vacation out of it. They leave Thursday and are coming back Tuesday.

Big Bathroom referring to Bell:

"Honestly, I have no idea with him," Roethlisberger said. "You can't get a read on him. One day, he's practicing, one day, he's not; one day, he's going hard, the next day, he's not. I wish I could.
"If he was a guy like Heath Miller that you knew was busting his butt every day to get back there ... Le'Veon is a rookie, I don't know him quite well enough yet. But if he can come back and help us, we'll take him."

This kinda sorta ties in to what I said a few days ago. If people looked up to and respected Ben this would be a pretty awesome thing to say. He doesn't think he's working hard enough so he tries to motivate him. But if Bell thinks Ben's a big jerk he's not going to care much about what he thinks.

For some reason, I saw HCMT and thought Head Coach Michel Therrien and assumed you were meaning a summary of his infamous "soff" diatribe should be in the current Steelers section of the PG. Weirdly, I didn't think that was all that implausible for a second.

Not sure Roethlisberger is in a place to criticize anyone's work ethic.
