If I pay a company to put a picture of a rubber duck on a t-shirt am I an artist? Or am I just an idiot with a rubber duck on a t-shirt? I know, I know I'm an idiot either way, but I don't get it being art.

I guess the duck is something different because it's so big, but I'm going to drive an hour and half to see it. I really don't understand the purpose of it, but that's how most art is. It's basically useless and a complete waste of money at least in my opinion.

You just don't understand art.

Art is weird, period.

Art is pretty undefineable.

The duck is art.

(And if some people are getting enjoyment out of it, who cares what it means?)

You only say that because you are too unsophisticated to argue art.

The duck left this morning and will be deflated at some dock on the Ohio river today.

You missed it if you didn't see it.
