California doesn't have enough politicians

As one who intensely dislikes the power entrenched in our commissars the thought of 12,000 representatives terrified me. But paying them only $1000 a year and the limits on the amount that such a huge group could "achieve" may be an improvement. Anything might be better than the cluster activity that's going on there now.
Not intended to as political; I just found the idea funny

Interesting in that it may help those that have no clue the name of the person who represents them in Sacramento by making politics, and politicians, local.
