What a crappy week..... Stressed out to the max with all this divorce/lawyer crap, new position/job/location for me, and the gf is giving me the cold shoulder. So...on the way home I purchased the following:

1 bottle of captain
1 bottle of jager
1 bottle of jim beam
2 liter of coke

I apologize if I do or say anything not cool. Those who post in the GDT....be prepared.

No, she had Mrs. E's cell. They were at dinner, Mrs. E. gave her the cell to text me, asking what kind of cheesecake I wanted from the Cheesecake Factory. Kid called me "dad" in the message, whereas she always calls me "daddy." That kind of got to me a bit. Time flies.

None of you asked LITT if she's hot and whether the "very ugly situation" had anything to do with that.

I understand a fish fry isn't exactly broiled lobster tail, but come on. Doesn't get much better than a nice beer-battered hunk of fish with mac and cheese, stewed tomatoes, or whatever side you want

the gf is out of town, so i am in a similar state of mind. I made a mixed drink that should earn my an honorary chemistry degree somewhere.

2 parts sage liquor (think gin with sage instead of juniper)
1 part ginger liqueur
1 part a concoction referred around the house as "death by fire" (equal parts 151, goldschlager, and 100 proof peppermint schnaaps)
4 parts super spicy ginger ale that i had special ordered
top off with lime juice.

2 of these, and i'm swimming.

I recall a shot from back in the day, known as a 'gorilla fart,' that was 1 part Wild Turkey, 1 part 151. What you described above is horde of rhino bombs.

I'm sure the high end people would scoff at it, but it's smooth enough for me....It'll run you about $40 for the 12 year variety.
