Grantland has a nice article up on this. One of the things they touch on is that no one has ever taken a character and stayed in that character for a straight decade like Colbert has. (Maybe Andy Kaufman but who knows) Interesting take though.

Took a half day, sitting at a dock bar by the Jersey Shore eating a burger and drinking a few beers.

Life is good today.

Exactly. Not sure how you can rank iconic Jersey artists and leave them off of it.

So we don't have a garage, but we have parking on the side of our house off the street that can reasonably fit probably 4 cars. It's considered a second lot and we pay taxes on it and all that jazz. It has gravel so it doesn't look like some big mud pit. I come home today and someone decides to park their broken down truck in the far spot. Now honestly I don't care that much as we don't even use all the space thats there, but it still annoys me for some reason. It's like its not my fault you don't have to park on the street.

I'm assuming its my neighbors which I don't really talk to often. I don't want to be an ass and say hey go move your truck, but if its there overnight then its going to be an issue, or whenever my wife gets home tonight she will probably flip out about it.

Wait, this is your property? How is asking someone to remove their truck from your property being an ass?

It is our property. Our house sits close to the road, but this is a lot that is off to the side of the house and back off the road. Like I said we don't really use all the space, but it is ours.

They ended up moving the truck shortly after I got home anyways without me even saying anything to them so its all moot now anyways.
