Yes. Like showing the kid screaming in agony when he destroyed his ACL. That was fun.

I don't pretend to know anything about recreational curling but I do know that when I dropped by my local rink (in the suburbs of Atlanta) on Monday night the curling club was having an open house on the smaller sheet and the hipsters were piling in to try curling out.

this is one of those days where the Slingbox on my Note is paying off.

I also need to keep an eye on my data plan in case I crush a GB of data this afternoon.

Congrats to Lauryn Williams from Rochester, PA, for being first American female Olympian to medal in the Summer and Winter games.

Congrats. NBC/ESPN didn't seem to mention it much, too busy wringing hands over Lolo Jones and her zero medals in Winter or Summer games.

Watching last night on NBC, they had mentioned it quite a bit. At one point when the one announcer said about it possibly being a mistake that Lolo was at the olympics, the other announcer said that if you switched Lauryn and Lolo, their sleds likely still would have been in the same positions (11th and 1st going into the last run) as their start times were comparable, and because it's much more about the driver than it is about the brakeman.

I heard one of the reserve US bobsledders criticized her being there. Not sure how much weight that carries.

Why does color of rock matter in curling...and when playing Canada, why would Sweden select Red over Yellow? I have watched two throws, and now i'm turning it off because i'm mad about the color selection.

No, that is what Canada selected. They chose to get the "hammer" first which is just the last throw in an end.
