UNC got screwed, if the clock actually started on time they would have had a chance to put up a prayer but of course that's not what happened and UNC tried to call a timeout thinking there was more time on the clock than there really was.

Gonzaga player just air balled a free throw, might be time to hit the sack.

29 people in one of my pools. I am dead last. The person ahead of me you ask? My friends 3 year old daughter who he picked the first round for then just let her randomly pick the rest.

Really need Michigan to win this game. The current slaughtering of ISU is unexpected, but everyone relevant in my office bracket challenge has ISU winning and then losing to MSU, so the game really doesn't matter.

I'm not a basketball fan, but I find these games awfully difficult to watch when every other trip down the court results in the officials calling a foul. Half the time I have no idea what the foul was. It also seems odd that teams can lead an entire half by 5 to 7 points and then in the last minute the game is suddenly tied. The cause of one team being able to tie it always seems to be convenient foul calls against the team in the lead.

I thought Tennessee got pretty screwed last night. It seems there's been a mandate handed down to the officials that as long as the defensive player flops to the floor dramatically when touched by an offensive player backing into the lane they are to call a charge. Pretty silly given the physical nature of the rest of the game. It cost Tennessee possession down 1 with 6 seconds left. It's the epitome of the officials deciding the game...and I hate it. The only thing more egregious was the fact that you had to watch a basketball game with 2 teams wearing highlighter colors that don't match. blech.

If Arizona wins the championship, fairly certain I'll win at least one pool. Come on!

Missed the OT so far between Wisconsin and AZ because I changed the channel at the end of regulation thinking they had an intermission. I should probably drink another

Personally, I think the "intentional" foul rule is a sham late in the game, when all those fouls are clearly intentional. It'd be much better if they actually called them like they were.

Pitt losing to a final four team pretty much vindicates the whole season, right?

It's par for the course... the only thing more fitting would have been if Virginia also made the final four, thus leading to the last 2 teams that beat Pitt meeting. (Uconn-Butler, Louisville-Wichita State in the previous 2 tourney appearances).
