That's why we need somebody who is more active as a GM. Since eww doesn't want to give up the reigns, let's create LGP Pros or something like Pensblog did.

I know my ranking was an A- on the team, I was happy about that. I think my ethernet cable died though, I can't get on xbox live the last couple days.

If you guys are looking for a team, can respect your teamates and other players and basically not be a Dbag, than go to http://www.xbox-sports.com and sign up. Use Stokley Rose as a reference and search for the team XBS sign up thread. We bounce around from #8-#20 in division 1 depending on how effed up the EA servers and point system is being.

The GMs won't take just anyone. Our motto is "Compete, Respect, Enjoy". We value respect and realistic style play above all else. Cycle the puck, use your Dmen on the point, no cheeser goals.

Well, the newest one I've seen is:
On a breakaway when you reach the slot, hit LT to skate backwards, then release and shoot the puck. It goes in 100% of the time but it needs to be on a breakaway.

Also, shooting glove high EVERY SHOT, the high dump "luck" goal (this is ok if it was accidental), excessive wraparounds, etc.

Basically stick to realistic play. Yeah, some high dumps are going to go in the net. Yes, high glove shots will happen. Just don't do these things ALL THE TIME.

XBS seems to be too serious for me, and by that I mean too good. I just like to mess around, I'd say I play the game "right", but have no intention of taking it seriously. I guess i'm gonna start a team when my live goes back up.

Duuude. The point is we DONT take it seriously. Join the forum and play some games with us outside of EASHL. You'll see we are just a bunch of goofballs. The fact that we play for the enjoyment and we can still maintain a high level of play is a testament to the team itself.

I just created another team. I didn't add anyone yet, but I should be around to add anyone that sends me a message pretty quickly. Once I get a few people i'll probably start playing EASHL games more often, I got through my first season of Be A Pro, so i'm less worried about playing those games.

Thats why I decided to create my own team, its just LGPro, because I didn't know how to modify the LGP name. I have a few other friends that were interested in playing but never got added to the team.

I'm trying to play nhl09 with 2 people on one console, for team play.. it doesn't seem to be working. the other guy trying to play is a xbox gold member too, but the only way that seems to work to have 2 of us play, is offline. We're trying to do 2 of us on 1 xbox, to team up with some others on their own xbox. Are we doing something wrong or is this impossible?

The only way I know how to do it is you go to Online Versus play and sign your buddy in as a guest. You can get up to 4 that way on one xbox. Other than that you cannot do OTP with multiple players on one xbox.
