It will default to your Be A Pro player, but you can change your online player. I'm goign to go add you now.

I see that other online players have a custom face and what not when I play them online in the bottom right of the screen. How do I make a custom face like that?

I've wondered that. Also, how many extra attribute points do you get for going from rookie - pro, pro - etc., etc. etc.

the custom face is through ea's website somehow...a buddy told me im just not positive, I've never tried messing with it.

I have a few questions that hopefully you guys can answer. Detailed answers are appreciated.

1. I noticed that next to the custom/dark faces in the bottom right and left of the screen that there is a number which increases throughout the game. What does this number mean and what makes it increase?

and

2. I just accepted the invite to the LGP EASHL team. How do I go about playing games that will count towards our record?


Any help is appreciated as I am rather new to the NHL 09 online experience.

Ah, i figured it out. The face you set at the EASPORTS website.

And those silly points are used to buy clothing/hats/accessories etc. for your avatar.

Yeah I knew those points were for easportsworld, and you accumulate them by doing basically anything in play.

To play games I think you need at least one other person to be online. We've played with two even though i'm pretty sure its supposed to be a minimum of 3 people.

here is a detailed instruction set on how to get your avatar to work. just substitute "NHL" for one of the other sports in the instructions. you'll figure it out...

And finally, is there any way to save replays from online mode? I can't seem to figure that one out.

Yeah i can never play on the weekends, even if i'm online i'm playing with 3 or 4 people on an xbox and we aren't going to log on. Then during the week when i'm playing I usually have 20 minutes or so at a time so I don't have time for an online game. But yeah, I'll add you.
