Yes, he's played almost all year with Tavares...except for at points in the last 20 games or so, Kyle Okposo would take his spot...behold the power of John Tavares, I said it late last year, the summer, early this year...John Tavares is a superstar in this league, not soon, not potential, not one day...right now, this guy is a total star. He takes an absolute scrub, Quadruple-A player in Parenteau and turns him into a guy that at one point was top-5 in assists or thereabouts...that's just tremendous...
It's a shame he re-signed, but Ales Hemsky would have been a terrific fit on that line with Moulson and Tavares...get a real legit NHLer there from the wing dishing to JT...I know he's on a loser, but if you don't watch John Tavares you're missing a special player.
