no, thats my opinion on all fights between teammates. generally where theres a smoke theres a fire. if players are fighting (and if i recall this isn't subban's first fight in practice) then thats not good for the team the end.

during a practice scrimmage a goalie snapped on a skater that was playing on top of his crease and they both dropped the gloves and went at each other... I thought it was a healthy release

Meh, it's hockey. Though it's rare, I know Jr. players that have fought and after it was no big deal. The rest of the team let them throw a little bit. I think this is honestly not as bad as isounds.
