Did anyone see PK in the Habs/Bruins game?

Postby The Snapshot on Thu Jan 12, 2012 11:23 pm

This guy just infuriates me beyond belief. He throws a blatant elbow into Krejci's face in front of the bench, and then Ference just attacked him immediately. He turtles and gets ragdolled along the ice, keeping his head and face covered long after Ference is pulled away. Then, to even make it more of an embarrassment, he gets up laughing and chirping as usual.

I just cannot even express what a sub-human this clown is. He is an absolute joke. An embarrassment to that sweater, and instead they trade a guy for speaking the truth.

I will reiterate that I will not shed a single tear should someone take his laughing mug right off of his shoulders. He has shown beyond a shadow of a doubt that he has no respect for any opponent, himself, his sweater, the league or the game itself. I have never felt such hatred for any player before.

I would marry Andrew Ferrence right now if he said yes, and I don't swing from that side of the plate.

I saw it. It was pathetic. He runs around cheap shotting guys like that and doesn't even have his sweater tied down for a fight. The laughter was even worse because the Habs scored on the subsequent PP.

When he gets cheap shotted nobody will shed a tear for his pain.

If the Pens are still in the toilet when the Habs come to town next week maybe Cooke will get PK. Cooke looks like he is going to blow a fuse very soon.

I saw it. He not only threw an elbow, he literally jumps into it.

It was extremely dirty, and the real rub was Montreal scored on the ensuing power play. Which was the result of Ference sticking up from Krejci.

I want someone to wipe the smirk right off Subban's face.

It was joke that the ref gave Ference 4 and Subban 2. He could have easily given Subban a roughing minor or an unsportsmanlike to even it out. The refs should be directed to keep his shenanigans to a minimum because he is literally an embarassment to the league.

This isn't the first time it seems he's been protected from firmer discipline....

He won't get suspended or fined. He's not a "repeat offender"...

Sheriff Shanny has his chance now. He left his feet and targeted the head. This should at very least put him into the repeat offender file.

I surprised he didn't figure a way to get his skates involved in the hit somehow.

He is such a punk. To throw an elbow like that and turtle. Kicking opponents. Jawing as a rookie. The kid is the epitome of a punk. He makes Avery look like a priest.

well, it was as clear of an infraction as it gets, and people are talking about it, but...

-no apparent injury from the hit
-the MTL whambulace is in play
-subban seems to have immunity from the league

the absolute most he'll get is 1 game. but i wouldn't be surprised at all if it's just a fine - or even nothing.

He should get 5 games for that, he is a joke of a player and completely reckless on the ice.

What bothers me is that, in Shanny's NHL, the first time he gets nailed for something he will be treated as if his record is clear.

I thought the elbow was unintentional, but I didn't like the turtleing and trash talking, followed by the <charcoal>-eating grin before heading to the box. What a turd.

Subban is a real disgrace to the game and the people who play it. A total coward and piece of excrement that is skating around on borrowed time.

Maybe it's like in 'The Animal' movie with Rob Schneider where the black guy goes out of his way to break law and such and nobody tries to stop or arrest him because they're afraid of being labeled a racist.

Took a gander at the Montreal Canadiens HF Boards, EVERY person's response was something along the lines of: "Boston is so dirty. Can't even take a clean hit anymore without wanting to fight! Nice hit by Subban, Ference has to come in after and instigate"

Their fanbase is pathetic.

Matt Cooke needs to show Subban who's boss.

But then Cooke will get suspended for 54986304 games because of it.

A) I don't like Subban
B) I think he was a real wimp for turtling there...

but...
that check wasn't even a penalty, let alone an elbow. his arms are by his side and its a clean hit and he raises his arms up after Krejci is bouncing back off him. It appears to be an elbow (as a lot of these sometimes do) and Ference is good for sticking up for teammate.

Subban is a tool for giggling afterwards, he looked like an idiot for turtling and doing that.
