I doubt he will be suspended since he is missing games before and after the break. I think the rule is something like if you skip the ASG you have to miss the last game before it or the first game after.

Well now the Caps camp is going to get a taste of what it's like to be called a crybaby. Their defiance against the league on the issue of player safety is not going to do them any favors.

I personally don't care that he's skipping, it's not like he really deserved to be there this year anyway.

AO explained that he doesn't deserve to be there because he is suspended. In all seriousness, he has a legitimate argument. However, most would contend that he doesn't deserve to be there on the merit of his poor play as opposed to his supension. In the end, he gets a weekend off. Not a bad deal for someone who is searching for his soul right now athletically.
