Who is in? I was stationed outside of Nashville while in the Army and went to plenty of Predator games while there. They are my #2 team, I assume I'm allowed to have one without a yinzer paying my dog to burn my house down

#2 team for me and the game experience in Nashville is awesome IMO. Small market team doing well in a market no one really thought they could succeed in with the same kind of ownership drama as the Pens in the past. I'd love to see them advance to the finals and then lose to the Pens

I attended a playoff game at Bridgestone Arena last year and it quickly became my favorite hockey venue destination. Really great atmosphere. Bridgestone Arena is in the Lower Broadway area, so there is some great nightlife/entertainment right next door. Hard not to like the organization. Easy to root for.

Pretty much. Especially in the West. Preds - Weber, Hawks - Kane, Kings - they're boring, Blues - Hitchcock, Sharks - many, they don't care, Canucks - Luongo, Wings - Holmstrom. Yotes are the only team I don't have a player from.

with vancouver and detroit looking to be golfing early, i could cheer for any of the other 6. so yeah go preds, blues, sharks, kings, coyotes, and to a lesser extent, blackhawks. after dealing with the east teams, i only have enough hate leftover for a couple in the west.

The Preds are definitely the team I am pulling for in the West.

I like St Louis, but I cant root for them because of Hitchcock

Kinda want to see the Kings do well. I would love for Richards and Carter to get a cup in LA, just to tick off Philly fans.

How many of the previous 200 games of theirs have you watched. I'm not claiming that I watch a lot, because I can't stand them, but i've seen enough to notice the trend. They couldn't be more boring.

I don't watch much Preds hockey, but it strikes me that they play similar to the Bruins. I don't mind watching either team.

I probably see about 20-25 or so Preds' games a year and a couple in person.

They play at about twice the tempo/speed as NJ and TB and are one of the best skating teams in the NHL. Their team defense doesn't resemble anything like TB's 1-3-1 and they are not nearly as passive as the sleepy NJ 1-2-2. Trap-happy teams also don't regularly allow 35-40 shots a game against their goaltender either.

Who said they trapped? They just aren't interesting to watch. They play North South until their opponent breaks down and then for some reason they just keep playing North South. Never take advantage of it, probably because with the exception of one late addition, they have no dynamic players.
