I figured that Hartley was probably going to get the job. He is a pretty good fit to what they want in a HC and also can coach up a team of weak talent somewhat, a problem the Habs are going to have for a while. So could MT, but he's already been there and done that in MTL and wouldn't have been a hire that was sexy. With Hartley, they get their FC and also a guy with a SC under his belt.
