Wow 3 on 1 for a game tier. The Piece coasts in.

LA, 3 on 1 break, 6th shot, score 2-2. This actually looks a lot like the Pens/Isles.

Can't believe the Ana-Det refs aren't letting the players decide OT.

That's tough to replicate that performance. Kudos on the effort.

Probably sarcasm, but a high stick has to be called.

How come they're still playing? Oh, the PK can actually kill a penalty, whether the call was good or not.

Definitely sarcasm, but just yesterday I did hear a hockey expert say that refs should only call penalties in playoff OT if the infraction prevents a goal.

I can't wait until a ref calls (or does not call) delay of game on a goalie for playing a close puck in the no-play zone, in OT.

That was an awesome game between Anaheim and Detroit.

:thumb: Yes it was, and it sure is easier watching an OT without the Pens being involved. Much easier on my nerves.

I thought there was some subtle goalie interference by Nyquist on the goal.

Doesn't excuse the crap play by the Ducks' D, but I think Nyquist got away with bumping Hiller a little.

Maybe just a nudge, but his own guy finished him off, which I guess is why the Ducks had no complaints (at least on the ice).

I'm pulling for Anaheim, but that's an awful lot of negativity against Detroit for one game that they won to make the series 2-2...

I think deserves a mention. How the **** did Shanahan drop the ball on this? A repeat offender elbows a guy in the head who isn't even close to the puck and it doesn't deserve a call? If Conacher fell down and pretended to be legitimately hurt for a few minutes I guarenteed there would have been a hearing. At least make a video of yourself spinning the wheel of justice, Shanny.

Least entertaining game of the Blues/Kings series tonight...still a good tilt though.

Lots of weird posts recently (tonight) in the thread...or one weird me...could be either...

Kopitar, clearly playing injured, coming alive in this game early and then buries his first in nearly two dozen...3-3.

Not sure what hit people were talking about with regards to Kronwall earlier. If it was the hit on Palmieri, not only is it let go, but NHL.com is actually highlighting it on the front page.

Hits aside, Kronwall is a coward. After he tries to maim someone, he hides behind his teammates. I have never seen him stand up for himself against someone who is looking at him. But please, NHL, show us why that is the type of play we should encourage. Do everything in your power to try and kill someone then run and hide. **** him and **** the NHL for allowing it for so long. I'd say wait until he puts someone on a stretcher, but he already has and the NHL still showcases the hits.

Lol, they also showcase Lucic's big hit where he threw his forearms into Lupul's head. WTF are they thinking? Talk about player safety then showcase head shots. Bravo...

those are nice scarves that the Maple Leafs gave out last night at ACC but something about the striping makes it look like all the fans just came from a Jewish temple:
