The GM is responsible for the leadership of the organization / team. Pretty much the only really good thing McPhee has done was to re-sign Laich, and he's been injured this year. Actually, Ribiero was a good addition as well. But they need more character guys on that team to overcome the Ovechkin-Green sinkhole of character... especially on defense.

Right now if I was GMGM, I'd be looking to trying to trade Mike Green to the highest bidder, and go for a 1 year reboot, seeing as this is a generational draft.
