I'd say keeping Nabokov, losing Streit and not replacing him with anyone, while not really doing much to add to his team from last year, isn't exactly "doing a good job".
But I'm not sure that answers the question.

1 up - Wang has been worse than Snow by a good margin.
1 down - DD has been more size than ability since junior, in my opinion...never did care for him...still surprised that he had negative value, thought it would just be a flat "none."
