He hasn't really done anything to address yet (particularly in the draft) outside of a guess Sykie and Satan signings. I think we should expect more of the same on that front -- Shero simply likes big bodies with grit. I think getting a guy in the Shero mold as talented as Brown for as cheap as he's signed for is about the best that could ever be expected skill wise (under a Shero-created team).
Chris Bourque??? Just sayin
The guy was free for the taking and from a rival to boot. Why wouldn't he have taken him? Just sayin...
Maybe because he can't play hockey................just sayin

Still hurts them absolutely 0 having taken him. At the worst, we put him through waivers at some point and another team not named Washington claims him. I'm all for that as well. He's still an asset that WSH no longer has, no matter what capacity they want him in.

The rest was just talking about Brown and his value to LA and Bourque not being good and stuff about other players and just having a good time talking about something other than Staal... but you somehow made it sound like it was 5 pages about Staal... and it very much is not.

I'm sorry I just had to do that. No chance in H*** they would take just Kunitz and a 5th for their team captain and an all around awesome hockey player in Dustin Brown.
That's an NHL 10 trade, and even NHL 10 would ask for more.

Don't forget my 12 posts stating: DUSTIN BROWN IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE.
