Has there ever been a slam that had quarters, semis, finals on back-to-back-to-back days?

A couple years ago, they had to play the final on Monday; murray/Roger? the NFL start allows CBS to only show the men's final after 4pm. Maybe the women's final is moved to Sunday night.

Wimbledon now has a retractable roof to keep the play going.

I miss the long evening matches from Flushing Meadow. :(

The rain appears to be keeping to the west (read: right over me), so they should be good to go for the next several hours.

I wish Mardy Fish could have found a way to win his match with Tsonga. I enjoy watching him play because he's one of the few guys that isn't content to sit on the baseline and trade groundies all match. It's nice to see a guy that goes to the net and knows what he's doing once there. The approach shot is a dying art.

Tipsarevic is pretty awesome. I came into this tournament determined to replace hewitt with a new favorite player...there are too many that I like.

Federer looked great last night. Tsonga had a lot of lazy shots.

I give Roddick credit for trying to play through some kind of hamstring injury. He wasn't able to take advantage of a less than stellar serving day for Rafa. We'll see if Andy Murray can stay with Nadal.
