Umm why would you bring a banana to a hockey game?

Now if you told me somebody brought waffles to a game, I might believe you

I know girls who keep fruit in their purses. Some stadiums sell fruits and veggies now at concession stands too

Keeping fruit like a banana in a purse as a nutritious snack or for potassium deficiency isn’t a license to throw a banana on the ice at the exact same time a black player has the attention of the entire arena on him while he is attempting a shot in the shootout. The same goes for buying a banana at a concession stand.
This is pure racism, a hate crime, and an attempt to intimidate a black player.
