2/1/12 Pens vs. Leafs rematch - official game day thread

Yesterday's game just might have been the most exciting hockey we have seen this season, a comeback win that is the penguins 8th in a row. Without a doubt, the pens have been on fire. Fleury is (or was) on the longest consecutive games palyed streak in his career, and his epic playing day in and day out should silence any fleury haters. However, the odds are against the penguins in this one: the hot goalie has been benched in favor of the questionable johnson today (big BIG game for him), and the Leafs must be fired up to seek revenge against us, and this time, we march onto enemy territory. This could very well be one of johnson's last games in a pens jersey; he needs to step it up big time to show he is not a liability.

a 9th consecutive win will tie us up with the criers. Lets hope feburary will be as good a month for the pens as january.

Has Root HD messing up for anyone else lately on Fios? It has been messing up for a few weeks for me and have been stuck with Standard definition. The people at Verizon have been no help at all when fixing it.
