Wouldn't it be better if they were chasing us?

The odds of the rags going 7-0 to end the year is low.

Martin is a huge waste of $5 million. Not sure how anyone can argue he's been worth his contract this year.
Except that he has played really good since like december.
Right, but he's had some horrendous games (see: tonight) as well. Which was my point, end of story.
horrendous tonight? he is a minus no thanks to coverage on the back side and a bad change by orpik. nice breakout of the zone again, nice skate and pass into the zone. nice pass.

that is true....
no its not....
considering we would still control our own destiny, it kind of is...
theres plenty of harm if fleury is hurt, which we dont know yet. plus, we cant afford to be losing our easy games if we expect to gain on the rags, controlling destiny or not, given how much easier their schedule is than ours....

How many odd-man rushes have we given up in this one? 20 or so seem fair?

The Rags will have also lost to a team that is already mathematically eliminated from the playoffs

Bottom line, Pens have not been anywhere near where they need to be defensively and they better figure this crap out before the playoffs start. This is beyond sad for a team that was so stout defensively last year and at times this year.

Speaking of which, where are all the calls we should be getting to make the game close. Aren't the refs suppose to try and make the games close? That is what I keep hearing.
